Energy from the farm.
For a better India.
Micro-refineries. Distributed. Owned by farmers.
Technology that travels.
1 tonne of green hydrogen per day. From grass.
Containerised  ·  Deployable in 30 days  ·  Built in India
Our vision: India's first network of containerised biorefineries.
We are building it. One unit. One farmer. One district at a time.

Technology

One container. A complete biorefinery.

Super Napier grass goes in. 99.99% pure hydrogen, biochar, and captured CO₂ come out. The entire process lives inside a unit that ships on a truck.

100%
Green energy poweredNo diesel. No grid draw. The unit runs on renewable power and its own process heat.
0
Emissions ventedTail gas is combusted internally. CO₂ leaves as a captured pure stream, not through a stack.
92%
Heat self-sufficientThe process feeds itself. Waste gases power the drying stage.

Feedstock-flexible

Works on Napier and similar energy grasses. Any high-biomass crop, same system.

Four-stage thermochemical process

Torrefaction · Gasification · Reforming · PSA. No electrolysis. No imported stack.

92% heat self-sufficient

The system runs on its own waste gases. Nothing vented, almost nothing added.

Initial Experiments

Tested on a real reactor.
Not on a slide.

The process began where it should: on steel. Initial experimental runs on Super Napier feedstock were conducted on the lab-scale reactor at CSIR-IICT Hyderabad, KlarGen's knowledge partner and one of India's premier chemical technology institutes.

Every number on this page traces back to this bench.
